Toyota MR2 Roadster

It's gone! Toyota GB has taken evo's five-star car back. Luckily it's not going to be forever, and I've been given a nice fresh MR2 to run around in while a few choice mods are added to my car from Toyota's new range of sports accessories.

It's gone! Toyota GB has taken evo's five-star car back. Luckily it's not going to be forever, and I've been given a nice fresh MR2 to run around in while a few choice mods are added to my car from Toyota's new range of sports accessories.

Top of my list is the 30mm lowering springs which I'm hoping will improve the already fantastic handling ahead of my first trackday. Next up are the TTE (Toyota Team Europe) twin 3.5in pipes to give me some extra grunt down the straights and turn the less than exciting engine note to a full-on 911 with performance pack chat (here's hoping). The cheeky chappies at Toyota want to add a few more bits and pieces to my car, namely a re-tailored interior with lovely soft leather seats and some rear spats to give it some visual muscle. Full details and pictures next month.

In the meantime I'm trawling the internet to find a set of black wheels to go with my new racier image.
Bo Selecta!
