Maserati marked its relaunch into the US market by unveiling the 4200GT at the Detroit Motor Show in January. There will be 31 dealers in North America and the aim is to sell 1200 cars in the first year on sale.

Last year the best market for Maserati was Germany, where 344 cars were sold.
