Smart's Roadsters and Coupes could be made in Wales and priced competitively

The Project Kimber consortium – which plans to build restyled and rebadged Smart Roadsters and Coupes and sell them for less than the Germans could – expects to set up its factory in Wales thanks to a £3m subsidy from the Welsh Assembly.
