Audi has opened its order books for the S4 Cabrio, which arrives in UK showrooms in early April. It'll cost £40,275 - add £1400 for the six-speed Tiptronic autobox. Quattro transmission is also now available on the 1.8T cabrio (£26,015) and the 3.0 V6 (£29,495).

Subaru has unveiled a limited-edition Impreza WRX STi celebrating Petter Solberg's 2003 WRC Driver's title. On sale in the spring, it's badged WR1 and gets 316bhp, a driver-controlled centre diff, Prodrive uprated springs (which drop the car 25mm), 18in Prodrive wheels and P-Zero tyres. All 500 cars will be painted Ice Blue and cost ΂£29,995.
