Failed Bill

The Road Safety Bill that was due to outlaw non-GPS-based scamera detectors has run out of time in the Houses of Parliament due to the election and therefore failed. Graduated fixed penalties for speed limit infringements and three points for using a hand-held mobile were other features of the failed Bill.
