PORSCHE'S new RS Spyder racer got off to a flying start with a class win and second place overall on its debut. Competing in the LMP2 category in the last round of the American Le Mans Series at Laguna Seca, the Spyder dominated, leading from pole, breaking the lap record and seriously challenging the LMP1 cars in the four-hour event.
RENOWNED BMW fettler AC Schnitzer has applied its talents to the Mini Cooper S. Power has been increased to 222bhp at 7200rpm which in turn sees the 0-60mph time drop to 6.8sec. The brakes have also been upgraded, using four-pot fixed callipers to cope with the increase in performance
