THEY gave us the Ashes and the Monaro VXR, now we're giving the Aussies the Astra VXR in exchange. It'll be sold through Holden outlets as the HSV Astra VXR and was picked in preference to the Opel version of the car not only because it's right-hand drive, but also because the suspension settings are considered more in tune with Australian tastes.
BRACKLEY-based MB Roadcars' EOS supercar has had a slower start than originally anticipated, but now the group of F1 designers and engineers have secured financial backing for the next four years. This should enable the first car to be ready by the middle of 2006, they say.
