On the market since 2005, the Audi A6 will soon receive a minor facelift to keep the car up to date before it will be replaced by the fourth generation in 2011. Our exclusive spy-shots from 'somewhere' in Germany show an A6 saloon (an RS6 to be precise) and an A6 Avant with no disguise at all. The facelift will consist of a slightly redesigned front bumper, new rectangular fog lamps and bigger air-intakes left and right of the grille. The grille itself will be modified, too, loosing the centre-bar that so far held the licence plate. The shape of the taillights will be modified for the saloon and the layout of the lamps will be re-designed as well – incorporating a white stripe over almost the whole width of the units.
