2014 Chevrolet Camaro UK prices announced

The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro is set to go on sale in Europe later this year, with prices starting from £35,320.

The revised 2014 Chevrolet Camaro is due to go on sale in Europe towards the end of the year. Updates include a number of styling tweaks to improve both aerodynamics and aesthetics. A functional bonnet vent to helps reduce front-end lift, whilst a diffuser and redesigned flat-bottomed tail lamps refresh the rear.

The 6.2-litre V8 remains 'under the hood', although power is increased by 6bhp to 432bhp for the manual, whilst the automatic is up 5bhp to 405bhp. The auto is newly equipped with TAPshift; steering wheel-mounted paddles that enable the driver to manually select gears, although the ‘box remains a conventional torque-converter unit.

The standard car now boasts Chevrolet’s MyLink system with seven-inch touch screen and voice recognition, plus the head up display is now in colour. Remote keyless entry is also included, and customers can select remote-start functionality on the auto variants. Europe-wide satellite navigation is available as an optional extra.

Prices in the UK start from £35,320 for the manual coupe and £40,320 for the convertible. Customers can expect delivery from November 2013.
