Detroit has seen a number of new and exciting cars launched. The new and eagerly awaited Corvette Stingray has attracted huge attention, but a number of new cars from BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Lexus and Infinity have started 2013 on a high-note.
