Volvo S60

These are the very first photos of a heavily-disguised Volvo S60 caught on a roadway in the UK

When Volvo's sleek S60 reaches the dealerships, it will – except for the so-called 'suicide' doors – closely resemble the stunning concept shown at the 2009 North America International Auto Show.

With a 'coupe-like' roofline, the all new S60 will add sex appeal to the once boxy and somewhat boring Volvo line-up. The S60 will eventually be offered with a high-efficiency gasoline turbocharged direct injection 1.6-litre engine mated to a twin-clutch transmission. In addition, Volvo has said to expect new technology – including a collision warning system with full auto braking and pedestrian detection. Watch for the camouflage to come off – and the S60 to reach dealerships during 2010.
