8C Spiders are being snapped up but demand outstrips supply
Geneva saw the unveiling of the production 8C Competizione Spider of which, like the coupé, 500 will be built. Alfa Romeo has already received over 200 'statements of intent' from UK buyers alone, some of whom will end up disappointed. Of the 100 UK hopefuls who tried to buy an 8C coupé just 41 took possession after vetting to make sure they weren't about to sell on for a quick buck.
