Aston Martin's new Le Mans partner

Aston Martin joins forces with Jota Sport ready for next year's Le Mans 24 hours

British racing squad Jota Sport has joined forces with Aston Martin to become an Official Partner Team.  The agreement, signed today (3rd June 2010), equates to a ‘multi-year’ partnership that begins with the delivery of an Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 racer for the Spa and Silverstone 24-hour events with possible long-term graduation to the blue-riband LMP1 class. Based in Kent, Jota Sport formed in 2008. The team will also represent Aston Martin Racing in the GT2 class of the Le Mans Series and the 2011 Le Mans 24-hour race (subject to invitation) in one of the thunderous Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT2 racers.
