A specially fettled Lotus Esprit V8, built for Dany Bahar, has come on the market.

In 2010 during Dany Bahar’s reign as CEO of Lotus, he commissioned the factory to extensively rebuild a 2002 Lotus Esprit V8, and according to The Lotus Forums, it’s for sale.

The factory work included a fully rebuilt engine and gearbox, full respray in pearlescent white, and a unique re-trimmed leather and suede interior – all done less than 1000 miles ago.

The car is fitted with the many of the ‘Final Edition’ options that from the very last 2003 models. This includes AP Racing four-pot front and Brembo rear brake callipers, centre exit exhaust as well as the round rear lights.

After being displayed at various shows, including the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the car will be sold with just 36,000miles on the clock. Contact your local Lotus dealer for details.
