Video: Harris drives the TG Live taxi!

evo's Chris Harris has an exclusive drive in the Top Gear Live taxi - and he's got a very reluctant passenger...

Yes, it's a old-school black cab - but one with a difference. This is very special taxi that will be starring in this year's Top Gear Live. it might look like a standard FX4 taxi, but underneath the surface lies a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII FQ-360 which has been specificially set up for low-speed drifting.

Chris Evans has already been given a ride in it - driven by some bloke in a white race suit we didn't quite recognise. And when evo's Chris Harris was offered a chance to put it through its paces, without going south of the river of course, he jumped at the chance.

All he needed was a passenger... Step forward, Richard Meaden!

Top Gear Live will be at the Birmingham NEC from the 11th to 13th November, and at the Excel in London from the 24th to the 27th November. Find out more here
