Morgan 3 Wheeler Gulf edition

A new limited edition Gulf liveried Morgan 3 Wheeler has been revealed

Morgan hasn't been afraid to paint its 3 Wheeler in eye-catching colour schemes in the past, and has just announced another interesting paintjob as part of its new Gulf special edition. It features the iconic blue and orange livery – most famously applied to the Ford GT40, Porsche 917 and more recently Aston Martin DBR9.

Morgan has competition links with Gulf too, currently running the Gulf sponsored Morgan-Nissan LMP2 endurance race car, which according to the company is the main inspiration for the special edition. As well as the paintwork, the Gulf edition gets orange sidewall tyres and orange stitching on the interior.

The car is mechanically identical to the standard 3 Wheeler, and is available to buy now, for £29,162.50 + VAT, almost £5000 more than the basic model. Just 100 Gulf editions will be built however.
