Geneva 2011: Range Rover Evoque

New images and pricing details of the Range Rover Evoque at the 2011 Geneva motor show

The lightest, smallest and most economical Range Rover produced - the Evoque - has been officially launched at the Geneva motor show. The Coupe (three-door) and five-door models are on Land Rover’s stand, and sales are to begin worldwide in the summer. Prices will start at £30,000

All engines are turbocharged and include a 2.0-litre petrol with 237bhp and a 2.2-litre diesel available with either 148bhp or 188bhp. Land Rover has claimed the lowest powered diesel with two-wheel drive will emit less than 130 g/km of carbon dioxide. The petrol engine is said to allow the Evoque to achieve a 0-60mph time of just 7.1 seconds. A myriad of personalisation options will be available.
