2011 Le Mans 24 car park gallery
The 2011 Le Mans 24 hour race means a huge pilgrimage for top performance cars. Here's a snapshot of the circuit car park
It’s the 2011 Le Mans 24-hour race this weekend. And while much anticipation is for the race, there’s at least much excitement (probably more) in the journey and road trip, as performance cars and their owners make the pilgrimage to motorsport’s headline fixture.
Camp sites with McLaren F1s and Ferrari F40s beside some shabby tents are certainly a bit of a spectacle, while the circuit car park on race morning is also a pretty cool sight. Below is a snapshot of some of the performance metal parked up in the Green car park (i.e. the closed Bugatti Circuit!) this weekend.
