2011 Le Mans 24 hour supercar parade gallery

Huge picture gallery from the 2011 Le Mans 24 hour supercar and driver parade

It’s the 2011 Le Mans 24-hour race this weekend. And while much anticipation is for the race, there’s at least much excitement (probably more) in the build up, as performance cars and their owners make the pilgrimage to motorsport’s headline fixture.

Friday night’s supercar and driver parade is one of the craziest events. 200,000 people line the streets of the town as Le Mans racing drivers are paraded and sports cars are blasted around the streets, crowds ten or more deep. This year saw the Aston Martin One-77 make a jaw-dropping appearance alongside a Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari 599XX and 599 GTO, Porsche Carrera GT, Alfa Romeo 8C, Pagani Zonda, Koenigsegg Agera much, much more. Enjoy by clicking the pictures below to enlarge.
