NISMO Nissan GT-R GT3 racing car revealed

Jointly developed between JR Motorsports and Nissan's own tuning department, NISMO, this fully-prepared GT3 racer is now available to racing teams and privateers all over the world. The price is £266,000 (¥32,000,000), and the GT3 comes fully prepared, with FIA certification.

Power still comes from a twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6 engine producing 523bhp, almost identical to the 2011-spec road car, which is now transmitted through a six-speed semi-automatic racing gearbox. Weighing in at 1300kg, the race car has shed a substantial amount of weight over the standard GT-R.
