The Hennessey Venom GT has already proven itself capable of great speed on a runway, but how does the 1244bhp monster drive on the open road? Can it compete with Bugatti Veyrons, Pagani Huayras and Aston Martin One-77s dynamically? Following the successful 0-300kph record attempt, Richard Meaden got the chance to drive the Venom on some of Texas's most demanding roads to find out.
