#myevomonth: Your car pictures from February

evo readers show us what motoring-related activities they enjoyed in February

There's a hint of optimism in February's #myevomonth submissions. Not least because two readers have bought themselves new cars, but also because others are beginning to remove their vehicles from winter cocoons ready for the spring.

We're also noticing a bit of a pattern in submissions. There's at least one Renaultsport Clio and one Porsche each month. These are perhaps the cars that best define what evo is all about, albeit at different budgets.

We like seeing the alternative performance cars though. This month, one reader has submitted a picture of a Chevrolet Chevelle, and another a 1989 Toyota Supra - iconic vehicles in their own right, and proof that there's far more to evo than the cars you expect.

We're now on the lookout for March entries. In theory, we'll get a real taste of spring this month - the weather is already improving, for a start.

There's also a new channel through which to submit your pictures. In addition to our Facebook and Twitter accounts, you can also show us your motoring activities through our Instagram account. Find us at officialevomagazine, and make sure to tag your submissions #myevomonth.

The best photos could be in with a chance of a prize, too - #myevomonth is run in conjunction with Michelin, and we'll be choosing our favourite in April to win a set of tyres.
