Swiss man learns the hard way after speeding in his Ferrari Testarossa supercar

A millionaire in Switzerland learnt his lesson the hard way this week, when he was slapped with a record £180,000 speeding fine.  Caught driving his bright red Ferrari Testarossa at 85mph in a 50mph limit, the huge fine was applied because the driver was a repeat offender, and so the punishment is worked out with regards to the wealth of the offender. In this case, the offender’s estate was reported to include a villa and five ‘luxury’ cars - he’s said to be worth £14.1m.
