Nissan Qashqai review - a mature class leader - interior and tech

Interior and Tech

The Qashqai’s cabin fulfils its family-orientated role impressively, with excellent space front and rear for passengers, a decently sized, shaped and accessed boot and seats that fold flat to create a capacious loadspace. Some of the interior plastics feel a bit low rent, but overall the cabin feels well built and robust enough to endure the onslaught of family wear and tear.

The Qashqai offers plenty of equipment, many coming with Nissan’s neat 360 degree round-view monitor which is a boon when parking. The touch-screen system is easy to use, too, while the range-topping models have kit to rival a luxury car.
