Bugatti releases an official video of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse being crowned the world's fastest convertible

Bugatti makes the world’s fastest convertible. This was proved at Ehra-Lessien earlier in April 2013, when the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse was officially recorded hitting 254.04mph without its roof.  It uses the same 1183bhp 8-litre quad-turbo W16 engine as the Veyron Super Sport, though without a closed shell doesn’t quite hit its 268mph heights. Still, it’s hardly slow, and there’s currently no faster way to ruffle your hair. We got behind the scenes with our own Veyron Vitesse record video, while Bugatti has released its own, which you can see below.
