Salon Privé gallery

Gallery of images from London's upmarket supercar and Concours show

This week sees the arrival of Salon Privé in London. It's an upmarket car show, but with no official British motor show this year (and the future of one uncertain) this is one of only a handful of chances to see a large collection of tasty supercars in one place.

As well as pricey new sports cars such as the IFR Aspid, Brabham BT92, Aston Martin One-77, Morgan Aero Supersports and Lotus Evora making their UK debuts there is a collection of rare and super desirable old stuff, which will compete for the coveted Salon Privé Concours title. A Lamborghini Miura and Countach sit alongside a DeTomaso Pantera, BMW M1, Plymouth Road Runner and a number of classic drop-top Ferraris while there's also some properly iconic racing cars - a Porsche 956, Ferrari 512, McLaren F1 and Jaguar XJR9 being the major highlights.
