Range Rover review - hugely capable, but can it compete with saloon rivals for luxury? - Interior and Tech
Everything to everybody, everywhere - the Range Rover is unsurpassed.
Interior and Tech
The technical arsenal the Range Rover features to allow it its unique breadth of ability is impressive. Terrain Response, all manner of locking differentials, hill hold and descending technology and air suspension allow it to go everywhere. The options list is massive, allowing you to choose everything from aircraft style individual rear seats to a system that monitors the water depth ahead should you be fording a particularly swollen river.
The interior is befitting of a vehicle that commands such a premium price tag in the luxury sphere. Fine leathers, woods and metal trim bring tactility inside, while the Range Rover’s hushed refinement only adds to the feeling of luxury. Dual view screens up front, all manner of connectivity, apps and remote options as well as interior and exterior trim packs, alloy wheels, rear seat entertainment and much more besides add a level of personalisation that’s taken for granted in this rarefied marketplace.
