Skoda previews Fabia-based coupe concept aimed at young people - ideally with short legs

‘If you like it we’ll make it,’ was the message from Skoda at the unveiling of the Joyster in Paris, a compact Fabia-based coupe concept that like VW’s IROC can just about accommodate adults in the rear.

Skoda describes the Joyster as a 'leisure-time three-door front-wheel-drive compact vehicle mainly targeted at young people'.

Skoda has an impressive recent history of turning concepts into production reality – the Roomster junior MPV started life as a concept – so with Fabia parts under the skin it should be possible to turn it around quite quickly.
