I2B Wildcat: Bulgaria's supercar

Track-biased Wildcat supercar with Audi V8 aims for 2008 drive

Bulgaria’s supercar industry is, well, non-existant, but I2B Concept is hoping to get the party started with this, the mid-engined, all-wheel-drive Wildcat. Aimed at the upper end of the trackday market, the Wildcat is projected to weigh less than 1200kg, use a 460bhp version of the Audi RS4's V8 and cost around £100,000.

I2B hopes to have a full-size clay model to show by the end of March 2007, with which it hopes to raise capital to construct a running prototype late in 2008.

I2B’s first project was a Le Mans prototype concept called the Raven, (pictured) powered by a 500bhp V10. A scale model made it as far as the wind tunnel before funds evaporated.
