Brabus continues its campaign of excess with this, the SV12 S Biturbo Roadster. Based on the SL600, with capacity bored out to 6.3 litres, power is raised to 720bhp and torque bumped up to 796lb ft. Top speed is ‘electronically limited’ to 218mph, 0-62mph passes in 4.0sec, and from standstill it can hit 124mph in 10.9sec.

Alongside the power upgrade comes an uprated brakes package boasting 375mm vented discs with 12-piston(!) callipers on the front and 355mm discs with six-piston callipers on the rear. The electronic air suspension has been reprogrammed to lower the car another 15mm.
