Not content with restyling Mercedes SLs and 6-series BMWs (image), Fisker, the coachbuilding firm founded by ex-Aston designer Henrik Fisker, is rumoured to be working on its own bespoke chassis. Fisker hopes to unveil its new car at next year’s Geneva show. However, the company is also chasing investment to make the £53,000 sports car a reality.

GERMAN chassis tuner H&R has harnessed its experience supplying springs to the Porsche Supercup and Carrera Cup to develop a set of sports springs for the new 997 Turbo. The company also offers wheel spacers to broaden the track and uprated anti-roll bars.
